On Monday, a national coalition representing rural and agricultural interests recently issued a statement related to President Biden's infrastructure proposal. The group, which is known as the Rebuild Rural Coalition, is led by Farm Credit and comprised of over 250 organizations across the country, including the Agricultural Council of Arkansas. The group's statement complimented the proposal in general terms calling it a good starting point for discussions with Congress. They also urged a bipartisan approach to any infrastructure legislation and encouraged investments in rural needs that had been previously identified by the group.
