On Thursday, November 18th, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) announced that it would halt its pursuit of the emergency temporary standard (ETS) ordering employers of 100 or more workers to mandate Covid-19 vaccinations for workers. The decision followed lawsuits against the proposal from several states, including Arkansas, and a federal court order issuing a stay on the rule.
