The Judd Hill Foundation is making a $2.4 million gift to the Arkansas State University (ASU) farmers' market, which will double the size of the current open air market. The market will soon be named the Judd Hill Farmer’s Market, and there are additional plans to expand the site and program offerings connected to the ASU.
