On Wednesday, May 12, the U.S. House Agriculture Subcommittee on Conservation and Forestry held a hearing on conservation programs and climate policy. The hearing focused on Title II programs of the farm bill with the purpose of exploring how to scale up various programs that can address resource concerns and climate concerns.
