Federal Judge Says California Can't Label Roundup with Cancer Warning

A federal judge has reaffirmed his earlier decision that the state of California cannot require a cancer warning label on glyphosate-based products such as Roundup under its Proposition 65 law. The State of California attempted to place the label on glyphosate containing products following a finding in March 2015 by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) that glyphosate "probably causes cancer in humans." The IARC "finding" is not the typical finding among regulatory entities including the EPA, which also hold weight in relation to Proposition 65.
