In a 591 page order, the Arkansas Public Service Commission (PSC) issued its regulations related to "net-metering" for solar power generation. According to initial reports, the ruling is said to be favorable to Arkansans seeking to deploy solar arrays as it would maintain the existing "net-metering" rate for small systems under 1 megawatt and grandfather in other larger projects already underway. New fees may be established for larger projects beginning January 2023 if the PSC approves.
