USDA announced on Monday, October 26th that it has passed the estimated halfway point of delivering financial aid to farmers under the second Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP2). Farmers were able to enroll in the program beginning September 21st. The program is available for a wide range of commodities, including row-crops.
