On Monday, November 2, USDA National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) issued new reports on consumption for various agricultural commodities. The reports outline stocks and use within the processing sectors for each commodity. Much of the reports identify the impact of the ongoing pandemic as it relates to consumption patterns.
