On January 12th, USDA National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) issued a new Quarterly Stocks Report outlining supply estimates for most major commodities. Most commodities are currently with lower stocks from this time in 2019 with the exception of rice, which estimates show as being up 10 percent from a year before.
