UofA Offers "Farm to Freezer" Webinar for Cattle Sector

The University of Arkansas System's Division of Agriculture's Cooperative Extension Service recently hosted a webinar titled, "Farm to Freezer," to help address growing interest among cattle farmers and consumers to produce, process and market more locally grown meat products. The growing interest has expanded with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has showed some vulnerabilities in the production and marketing chain.

The National Ag Law Center also recently held a webinar to provide an overview on state and federal laws related to meat processing and marketing. Their webinar is also linked below.
