On Wednesday, June 24th, the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee will hold a hearing on a new bipartisan climate bill that would allow the USDA to coordinate the development of new greenhouse gas credit markets for farmers who adopt certain management practices that provide environmental benefit. The bill, S. 3894, is known as the Growing Climate Solutions Act of 2020.
