Rock Town Distillery, based in Little Rock, announced that it has produced a limited edition bourbon whiskey containing Arkansas grown rice. The single batch of whiskey was made in partnership with the Arkansas Rice Federation. The bourbon whiskey is comprised of a mash of 54% Arkansas Corn, 36% Arkansas Rice, and 10% Malted Barley and aged it for two years in new charred oak barrels.
