The Republican Leader of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR), and the Republican Leader of the House Agriculture Committee, U.S. Representative Glenn “GT” Thompson (R-PA), sent a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) expressing concern about recent administrative actions related to crop protection products. The letter urged the agency to return science-based, risk-based regulatory processes with the goal of ensuring access to important and affordable tools in managing crop pests.
