Michael Regan was officially confirmed by the U.S. Senate on March 10th to serve as the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Regan, the first African American to hold the post, is the former secretary of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, and he previously served in the EPA under the Obama Administration.
