The Arkansas Public Service Commission (PSC) in July is expected to review and decide on a significant solar power project for Producers Rice Mill in Stuttgart. The $55 million project would establish a 20-megawatt solar farm that would provide almost 75 percent of the company's electic needs. The project is being developed by Scenic Hill Solar of North Little Rock.
