On Friday, October 9th, the USDA National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) issued an updated Crop Production Report. The report issues estimates for crop production for a range of commodities and compares this year's production to 2019. The report provided a few more bullish statistics from its previous report in September as it estimated small declines in production estimates for soybeans, cotton, and corn.
