October 25 Crop Progress and Condition Report

On Monday, October 25, the USDA National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) issued an updated crop progress report. According to the report, Arkansas farmers have harvested 100 percent of corn, 58 percent of cotton, 70 percent of soybeans, 94 percent of rice, and 44 percent of peanuts. They've planted 46 percent of winter wheat. Crop conditions in Arkansas remain in solid condition for the most part with peanuts and cotton leading the way according to the report.
