On Monday, November 16th, the USDA National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) issued an updated Crop Progress and Condition Report. According to the report, 95% of Arkansas cotton is harvested, 86% of peanuts are harvested, and 90% of soybeans are harvested. Winter wheat is estimated to be 82% planted.
