On Monday, November 1, the USDA National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) issued an updated crop progress report. According to the report, Arkansas farmers have harvested 100 percent of corn, 76 percent of cotton, 80 percent of soybeans, 97 percent of rice, and 65 percent of peanuts. They've planted 58 percent of winter wheat.
