Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, recently joined Cotton Grower Editors Frank Giles and Jim Steadman to examine what may be next for cotton and agriculture following the November election. In the conversation, Reece addressed the expections of what would come with a change in administration and with changes in leadership in the upcoming Congress. In addition, Reece described the run-off elections for U.S. Senate in Georgia.
