The National Ag Law Center will host a webinar on November 18th at noon to discuss the top new developments related to agricultural law in the year 2020. The webinar will summarize the top legal issues in agriculture from the impacts of COVID-19 on the agricultural sector to regulatory overhaul of major statutes as well as court cases. The program will be led by National Agricultural Law Center Director Harrison Pittman. Topics will include the latest in checkoff litigation, environmental law issues such as National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and “waters of the United States,” noteworthy Supreme Court decisions, pesticide litigation and legislation, and issues specifically related to COVID-19.
