On Monday, March 29th, the USDA National Agriculture Statistics Service (NASS) issued a new Crop Progress and Condition Report. According to the report, 4 percent of corn is planted in Arkansas and 2 percent of wheat is headed. The state average for rainfall this month was 4.94 inches, and the average temperature was 55 degrees.
