On Monday, July 20th, USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) issued an updated Crop Progress and Condition Report. The report provides the latest estimates for the 2020 crops at this stage in the growing season. According to the report, crop conditions in certain areas appear to be deteriorating due to lack of moisture. This area may increase and conditions worsen if lack of rainfall continues across the country.
