Indigo CEO Steps Down and Board Picks New Chairman

Indigo Ag, a relatively new agriculture start up company that promised to significantly disrupt the current agriculture economy, recently announced a major shift in leadership with the departure of founder and CEO David Perry. It was announced that his departure was immediate and that he would be replaced by Ron Hovsepian, a technology executive who was serving as COO for the company. In addition to stepping down as CEO, Perry is also leaving the company's board according to the company. Indigo recently established a large office in downtown Memphis.
