On Tuesday, March 8th, the U.S. House Committee on Agriculture held a hearing focused on rural development. The hearing focused on the rural development title of the farm bill and various programs served by USDA Rural Development. The hearing featured Xochitl Torres Small, the USDA Under Secretary for Rural Development.
