Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson proclaimed November as Arkansas Soybean Month to recognize the importance of soybean farmers and the soybean industry to the state's economy. He also recognized the importance of the Arkansas Soybean Research and Promotion Board and the soybean check-off program in supporting research and promotion that advance the industry. This year marks the 50th year of the Arkansas Soybean Research and Promotion Board.
