Fertilizer prices continue to march upward with Nitrogen fertilizers leading the way as average retail fertilizer prices climbed higher the fourth week of November 2021. The higher prices are likely to play a primary role in planting decisions for the coming year as most economic forecasters don't yet see much relief in sight into the planting season. The price increases are also likely to affect strategies for plant fertility among farmers in the coming year.
