Farm Bureau Vice President Carter Announces Plans to Retire

Warren Carter, the executive vice president for the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation, announced that he will retire from the organization effective May 31. Carter has worked within the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation for 35 years and served as Vice President for the last six years.
