On December 21st, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released a public statement regarding dicamba that provided an update on its plans for the 2022 growing season. In the statement, the EPA indicated that they were not planning regulatory changes prior to the 2022 spray season due to time constraints. However, the agency did express continued concern for the use of the product for in-crop applications and released a 75 page report detailing widespread alleged dicamba damage from the 2021 season.
