On Wednesday, April 27th, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Michael Regan appeared before the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee to discuss funding needs for the agency. During the hearing Regan highlighted various initiatives of the agency and took questions on matters of interest, including Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rules and other rule and regulations impacting agriculture.
