During a recent media interview, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Andrew Wheeler stated that the agency was expecting to deliver a registration decision for dicamba by the middle of October. In making the statement, he noted that the October decision would be focused on the three registrations that were ordered vacated by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The agency will also have to make a decision on Syngenta's dicamba formula "Tavium," which was not included in the suit, because its temporary registration expires in December.
