A new 100 megawatt solar farm is coming to East Arkansas thanks to Entergy Arkansas, the state’s largest electric utility. The plant, known as Walnut Bend Solar, is located in Lee County near Brinkley. The construction of the roughly 900 acre project is expected to provide 200 jobs.
