Early WOTUS Roundtable Focuses on Agriculture Runoff

On May 9th, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) held its first of ten roundtable discussions on the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) regulations under the Clean Water Act. The meeting was conducted in a virtual format. The focus of the first discussion was largely aimed at agriculture and risk of run-off from land use.
