The National Cotton Council (NCC) has compiled a final summary of the 2020 election cycle as it relates to federal seats. The document shows the changes in leadership and committee assignments in the House and Senate, and it provides an update of cabinet members anticipated under the incoming Biden administration. Arkansas Senator John Boozman will serve as Ranking Member on the U.S. Senate Agriculture, Forestry and Nutrition Committee while Arkansas House Member Bruce Westerman will serve as Ranking Member to the House Natural Resources Committee.
