China Continues to Ramp Up Ag Purchases

U.S. trade negotiators are indicating positive progress with the implementation of the "Phase 1" trade deal with China following a call early this week with their counterparts in China. Exports of U.S. corn and soybean to China continue to progress as well, although still short of the annual commitments outlined in the deal. USDA projects continued strength in exports in the 2020/2021 marketing year.
