On Wednesday, March 2nd, the U.S. Senate approved four nominees to the Commodities Future Trading Commission (CFTC). The four nominees are slated to fill four vacancies on a five panel board of commissioners.
The mission of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission is to promote the integrity, resilience, and vibrancy of the U.S. derivatives markets through sound regulation.
