U.S. Senator John Boozman (R-AR), who is vice-chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Nutrition, issued a public call for President Biden to immediately take actions to provide inflation relief to Americans, including farmers who are experiencing record input costs and supply shortages as they enter a new crop year. He urged the president to work with republicans to seek out policy solutions that can mitigate factors driving up the costs of goods in the economy.
