On Tuesday, November 16th, the United States Senate confirmed Robert Bonnie to serve as undersecretary for farm production and conservation. Bonnie will oversee the Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and Risk Management Agency (RMA). A primary focal point related to this post will be climate policy in relation to the various USDA agencies under Mr. Bonnie's purview.
