On Monday, the White House announced that the administration would move to change certain policies related to Cuba in an effort promote freedom and provide more economic opportunties for the people of Cuba. Specific changes include an expansion of flights to Cuba with broader loosening of restrictions on U.S. travel to Cuba. Additional policy changes include lifting restrictions on remittances from family members in America to to family members in Cuba.
