The Ag Council Board of Directors will meet in Little Rock on May 8, 2026 for its spring meeting. The meeting will feature a group of speakers addressing various issues and items of interest. Included in the list of speakers are economists from the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture who will cover current economic conditions and forecasts; staff from the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee who will address policy matters in Washington; and representative of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers who will provide an update on the State Water Plan and emerging issues related to water use in Arkansas. Lunch will be provided after the presentations.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The meeting will be held at the Simmons Bank building in the River Market area of downtown at 601 East 3rd Street Little Rock, AR 72201 (MAP) (Not the tower). Parking is available on the property or across the street at the United States Postal Service Office on the South side of the bank building. Please walk across 4th street and enter the bank building through its North entrance.
