EPA Says Yes to Chlorpyrifos for Now

Monday, July 22nd, 2019 | Categories: Action Alerts, Membership Information The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) met a court order deadline in making a decision related to chlorpyrifos insecticides. The decision was made to continue existing tolerances for chemistries that include the insecticide because there is not sufficiently valid, complete, or reliable scientific data or information to justify revoking tolerances.
