Legislature Approves New Regulations for Industrial Hemp and Soil Amendments

Friday, August 17th, 2018 | Categories: Action Alerts, Membership Information During the week of August 13, the Arkansas General Assembly approved of new regulations from the Arkansas State Plant Board that will establish a regulatory regimes for soil amendments and for a pilot program for the commercialization of industrial hemp through research. Both regulations go into effect immediately.
