EPA and Corps Formally Withdraw from 2015 WOTUS Rule

On Wednesday, September 11th, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced that they have formally repealed the 2015 “waters of the U.S.” (WOTUS) rule in advance of publishing a new rule around the end of the year. The action will make pre-2015 Clean Water Act regulations the law of the land.
