June 10 Arkansas Crop Progress Report

On Monday, June 10th, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) released an updated Crop Progress and Condition Report for Arkansas. The report offered indicated that much of the crops were planted, but that soybeans continued to lag well behind its five year average. The report does not offer estimates for acres that will not be planted due to flooding, but most anticipate substantially higher than normal prevented planting acres in Arkansas due to excessive moisture.
