Trump Makes Announcement on Ethanol Policy in Iowa

President Trump traveled to Iowa on Tuesday, October 9th, to announce a new policy directive for his administration for ethanol. The policy announcement is aimed at assisting the ethanol and corn industries by allowing for E-15 blends year round. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be responsible for developing the regulations to achieve the goals outlined by President Trump, and those rules are expected to take effect in the summer of 2019.
