Ag Council Spring Board of Directors Meeting May 10th in Little Rock
The Ag Council of Arkansas will hold its next board of directors meeting in North Little Rock on Thursday, May 10th, at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel. The meeting will be open to Ag Council Board of Directors only. Other Ag Council members are permitted to attend, but should RSVP prior to attending.
Prior to the start of the meeting, the Ag Council Board of Directors will host a “coffee and conversation” fundraiser for Governor Asa Hutchinson (Ag Council Coffee and Conversation). Ag Council members wishing to contribute to the Governor’s re-election campaign should mail their contribution checks to P.O. Box 250909 Little Rock, AR 72225.
Contributions should be made to ASA for Governor. Arkansas law limits contributions to $5,400 per election cycle. Each individual, political party committee, legislative caucus committee or approved political action committee may contribute up to $2,700 for the primary election and $2,700 for the general election — for a total of $5,400. Corporate contributions are not permitted. “Farm Accounts” are permissible IF they are not registered on the AR Secretary of State’s website.
